Some collaborations simply make sense from the very beginning. I’m very happy to share that I’m joining Beacon Consulting as an Associate Coach PCC, Leadership and Team Development.
What makes this new chapter particularly meaningful to me is the common ground behind it. A shared belief that leadership starts with people, with who we are, how we connect, how we listen, how we respond under pressure and, ultimately, how we help the people around us grow.
After more than 30 years of working with people, teams and organizations across different countries and cultures, one thing has become very clear to me: leadership is deeply human.
It is not only about reaching the next goal or delivering better results. It is about having the clarity to make difficult decisions, the resilience to navigate change, the courage to have honest conversations and the self-awareness to understand the impact we have on others.
This is also where my HEART© Coaching Methodology comes from. A holistic approach to coaching that brings together Holistic balance, Empowerment, Acceptance, Resilience and Transformation, not as abstract concepts, but as very real parts of the way we live, work and lead.
Through my collaboration with Beacon Consulting, I’ll have the opportunity to continue this work with leaders and teams through Executive & Leadership Coaching, Team Development and Corporate Training, while becoming part of an international team of professionals who share a genuine commitment to developing people and creating meaningful change.
And that is probably what excites me most. New people. New conversations. New perspectives. And another opportunity to keep learning while helping others move forward.
